Here is the new Devinci Spartan: it's the result of Team Devinci's work - running in the World Series of Dreams - with the R & D department.
There have been lots evolutions from the first aluminium prototype, that Damien Oton tried after the EWS, to the actual Spartan 2018.
The full carbon frame saves up 300gr compared with the previous version. The full carbon chainstay gains in vertical rigidity (+30%) and lateral (+50%) and let works the rear shock perfectly.
There is a little space for the Di2 battery, you can use as also a storage, where the downtube hooks to the bottom bracket.

There is always the ISCG. Cable passage is internal with a huge accessibility, 170mm for the fork and from 65° to 65.4° the head angle via a flip chip.
The chainstay gets up improving the more technical trails. The downtube goes down lowering the centre of gravity.

Fork compression curve is more progressive than the last one.
The Spartan mount the Monarch Delux metric, but the frame allowed you to mount a spring rear fork for an extreme use.
