Habit Carbon 3 2016.

OUR OPINION

I tried the Habit. I was amazed because it is a bike trail but its handling amounts to an all-mountain bike.
One of the questions that many have a bike with leftyfork is weight distribution when you take a bend.
The truth is that it is a very balanced bike, is easy to handle both right and left, exceeding all my expectations.
To balance the weights Cannondale uses a conical axle, a kind of counterweight that replaces the leg missing.
When you pedals uphill, the geometry and the weight distribution of the front will provide excellent thrust on the pedals and the Habit goes up with little effort.
When you come down the hill, I find that carbon helps a lot by a factor of weight, handling and flexibility.
I was amazed by the potential of these 120mm because it is really a bike generous, it helps in technical passages, but also very springy when you take all bends!
Love it! Good job Cannondale.

CANNONDALE SAYS

LEFTY FORK

Lefty’s insane stiffness, unwavering smoothness and ultra-lightweight gives you the control and precision needed to nail any line in any terrain.
Get on a Lefty and OWN YOUR LINE

ECS-TC

The ECS-TC system eliminates the subtle flex and play that occurs in those crucial links and pivots that connect the front triangle and swing arm for unmatched stiffness, instantaneous response and improved terrain feedback.

ZERO PIVOT SEATSTAYSZero Tollerance

The Zero-Pivot seatstays are engineered with a precise carbon lay-up that is designed to allow the stays to flex vertically while remaining extremely stiff laterally and torsionally.
This enhances suspension performance, saves weight and increases lateral stiffness versus bearing pivot rear stays.
