BH Lynx Race.

The Lynx Race is the first full suspension bike for XC / Marathon use of BH Bikes: it born from a collaboration between the Department of I + D BH Bikes and the number one team in the world according to the UCI, the BH-Suntour- KMC.

The Lynx Race has the same aggressive geometry, a longer reach, an ultra-compact rear, producing an agile, reactive and highly efficient bike on the descents.
The new Race inherits the family genes Lynx and its Split Pivot suspension system.
Split Pivot Allows the separation of the three main forces generated During riding, Which are pedaling, bump and brake forces.
In this way it's possible to Achieve total pedaling efficiency with unbeatable sensitivity and absorption on bumpy tracks and descents.
The shock absorber's Becomes horizontal position to Obtain a travel distance of 100mmn.

By using the “Hollow Core Internal Moulding” manufacturing process with high modulus carbon fibres, a weight of 1850 grams has been achieved at MD size, always prioritizing the stiffness and trust that is demanded at elite-level competition.
This stiffness is reinforced thanks to a variety of factors such as the full carbon rocker link, built entirely in one piece which experiences 50% less lateral flex than its aluminium equivalent.

The robustness of the Lynx Race is also due to another key factor, the new Boost system: this new standard has allowed for increased bottom bracket dimensions, as well as improving the wheel arch, allowing for the use of wider tyres.
The Boost system also brings about a reduction in wheel flex, which allows the hub to support the spokes at a larger angle.

Cable guiding is fully integrated and frame is set up for the use of a dropper post. In addition, the increasing usage of the Shimano Di2 electronic groupset has been taken into account in the design of the new Lynx Race.
Thanks to an exclusive adapter located in the bottom bracket, the battery sits inside the frame, free from the effects humidity and impact.

The new Lynx will be available in 7 different assemblies from next October, three in its aluminium version and four in carbon.
